While this area of your business is not easily measured and reduced, it is the current focus of the majority of the worlds governments; and a major area of investment in to environmental technology research to find a solution.
When it comes to climate change its all connected, our supply chains, our manufacturing processes, our workforce, and personal choices, all amplify each other and increase the issue. The good news is that the reverse is also true.
Identifying our businesses environmental impact (climate change buzz-term: Carbon Footprint) and reducing them naturally lower our greenhouse gas contributions and help mitigate the problem. This ultimately translates in to saving the company money and improving the environment.
